Epic M Package

The Epic M camera system is a modular system, records 5K Redcode RAW, a visually lossless codec at up to 120 FPS.  The Red Epic M is the most advanced digital cinema system on the market today.  With 13.5 stops of dynamic range, a native ASA of 800, and resolution of 5120 (h) x 2700 (v), no others compare.  The unsurpassed quality and modular design allows our team to leverage scalability and quality.  Do you have a car mount shot?  Need to fit a camera on a light-weight crane in a tight spot without sacrificing image quality? Epic gets the job done. Scarlet X Package

The replacement for the Red One, Scarlet is the Epic's little sister.  If your project requires high quality images without the need for off-speed shooting, then this is your camera system.  Scarlet shoots Redcode RAW 4K at 30FPS.  Step down in resolution and you can do 2K at 60FPS, and 100FPS at 1K.  Scarlet is also modular, allowing the user to build the camera for any situation.  Both PL & Canon EF mounts availble.

Blackmagic Cinema Camera features an amazing 2.5K image sensor with a wide 13 stops of dynamic range for a true digital film camera. You get a built-in SSD recorder, popular open standard uncompressed RAW and compressed file formats (Apple Prores), compatibility with quality EF lenses, LCD touchscreen monitoring plus metadata entry.

5K shooting requires optics that can stand up under high resolution.  1080P and 2K can be forgiving to bad glass.  When you hit the 4K mark you start to see chromatic abberations, distortion, and other lens abnormalities you would'nt ordinarily see.  Red has designed thier own line of precision optics for thier 5K sensor.  The Red Pro Primes are color matched, crystal clear, have great contrast, and razor sharp, edge to edge.  Not to mention fast.  Each lens has a wide open F-Stop of 1.8, making low-light situations a non issue.  Focal lengths are 18mm, 25mm, 35mm, 50mm, 85mm, 100mm.

 Sound Devices PIX 240 Recorder

No time for transcoding? Need the quality of RAW but the delivery time for your project is short?  The PIX 240 can pair with any cinema system and record your off-line media.  Infact, the PIX 240 can record broadcast quality media, allowing you to finish from your proxy media.  Pair this device with your Red Epic, Scarlet, Arri Alexa, Sony, or any HD system and you are off to the races!  Recording RAW and Proxy simultaneously is the way of the future.  The PIX is set apart from other HD recording systems in that it has two channels of XLR audio input, timecode in, timecode out, and a built-in monitor.  This dual porpose device allows you to use the PIX 240 as not only a monitor, but audio recorder, and synch box.  Perfect for multicam shooting.
